I NEVER exercised in my life--couldn't stand it. I gave myself a birthday present and signed up to work with Sophia-- I thought I'd do it for four weeks and quit. But after 7 months I love the workouts with Sophia. They are never frustrating or too hard, but they are challenging and my fitness improvement has been amazing. Sophia is a special person too-- nonjudgmental, a good listener, customizing the workout to what you like. Highest recommendation.
